This painting is made with mixed media technique.

Mixed media is a technique where two or more techniques and multiple materials are used in a single work. The result is a unique and one-of-a-kind decoration, in this case a beautiful, unconventional painting.

I made the painting on a painter's canvas. I used decoupage technique in combination with painting. I then arranged various bits and pieces, material, castings and artificial textile flowers on it to create a 3d effect. I used acrylic paints and wax pastes to bring out the colours.

The painting can be hung or leaned in a bookcase or on a shelf.

I believe that this painting will be a unique piece in your home, because it is a unique work, one of a kind.

Note - The canvas is slightly bent (not straight) since purchase. I was sorry not to buy such a canvas and leave it there. It does not prevent its use.
