A donation is a voluntary financial contribution paid by the Donor to the Donor - the ART OF SLOVAKIA civic association to support creativity and humanity in charitable and public benefit projects under the "ART OF SLOVAKIA" brand.
ART OF SLOVAKIA, o.z. will not accept any donation unless it can be used or spent in accordance with the mission of ART OF SLOVAKIA and its projects.
Through the Gift, the Donor makes a voluntary financial contribution to the Donee in one of the amounts that will be displayed within the graphical interface of the donation system.
By clicking on the appropriate button confirming receipt of the amount selected, the Donor confirms his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and declares that he/she has read and understood them.
The donor will use the Gift for the implementation of his/her projects, i.e. the organization of the ART OF SLOVAKIA festival, the creation of a new, creative, social network, which the donor has hereby supported. The donation will be used to fund coordination work, artists' fees, translations, programming work, graphic work, marketing activities, and much more.
ART OF SLOVAKIA will provide donors with a confirmation of the payment of the donation in the form of a notification, which will be received by email immediately after the donation has been sent to the donor's account.
Giving a Gift is always voluntary.
